The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) announced the submission of a formal legal memorandum to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, calling for an urgent international investigation into Iran’s ongoing acts of aggression against the Gulf States and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Association confirmed that it has received official acknowledgment of receipt from the Office of the Prosecutor, marking an important first step toward advancing international justice and accountability.
The memorandum documents large-scale Iranian missile and drone attacks since late February 2026, resulting in civilian casualties and significant damage to civilian infrastructure, including airports, economic facilities, and residential areas.
AMHRI emphasized that these acts constitute the crime of aggression under the Rome Statute, represent a violation of the UN Charter, and breach UN Security Council Resolution 2817 (2026), calling for an urgent investigation and accountability of those responsible.

أعلنت رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة (AMHRI) عن تقديم مذكرة قانونية رسمية إلى مكتب المدعي العام لدى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي، تطالب بفتح تحقيق دولي عاجل في جرائم العدوان الإيراني السافر والمستمر ضد دول الخليج العربي والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
وأكدت الرابطة تلقيها تأكيدًا رسميًا باستلام البلاغ من مكتب المدعي العام، بما يمثل خطوة أولية مهمة نحو تحقيق العدالة الدولية ومساءلة المسؤولين.
وتستند المذكرة إلى وقائع موثقة لهجمات إيرانية واسعة بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة منذ أواخر فبراير 2026، أسفرت عن سقوط ضحايا مدنيين وأضرار جسيمة في البنية التحتية المدنية، بما في ذلك المطارات والمنشآت الاقتصادية والمناطق السكنية.
وأكدت الرابطة أن هذه الأفعال تمثل جريمة عدوان وفق نظام روما الأساسي، وتشكل انتهاكًا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2817 (2026)، مطالبة بفتح تحقيق عاجل ومساءلة المسؤولين عنها.
