شهدت الدورة مشاركة 14 فتاة من مختلف الجنسيات، من جمعية YAMA اجتمعن في أجواء إبداعية دافئة لتعلم أساسيات الرسم، تحت إشراف الفنان التشكيلي اليمني ردفان المحمدي، مؤسس جاليري ديمة للفنون

 

🌟 تميّزت الورشة بجوانب تعليمية وعملية، حيث خاضت المشاركات تمارين فنية مختلفة لتحفيز الخيال وتعزيز المهارات البصرية.
كما تم تنظيم جولة خاصة للطالبات داخل جاليري ديمة للفنون، للتعرّف على أعمال نخبة من الفنانين التشكيليين اليمنيين، مما أتاح لهن فرصة التواصل مع الفن اليمني المعاصر واكتشاف عمقه الثقافي والإنساني.

✨ تأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن سلسلة فعاليات تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب والفتيات من خلال الفنون، وتعزيز التبادل الثقافي والاندماج المجتمعي في بيئة آمنة ومحفّزة للإبداع.

🎨 In a unique artistic and humanitarian collaboration, the free “Drawing Basics” workshop concluded successfully today in New York City, organized in partnership by:

YAMA Association

Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI)

Aazal Center for Services and Technology

The workshop welcomed 14 girls of various nationalities, all affiliated with the YAMA Association. They gathered in a warm, creative atmosphere to learn the fundamentals of drawing, under the guidance of Yemeni visual artist Radfan Al-Mohammedi, founder of Dimah Art Gallery.

🌟 The session combined both instructional and hands-on elements, where participants engaged in artistic exercises to spark imagination and strengthen their visual skills.

As part of the experience, a special tour was organized inside Dimah Art Gallery, offering the students a chance to explore works by a group of prominent Yemeni artists—connecting them with the richness of contemporary Yemeni art and its deep cultural and humanistic messages.

✨ This initiative is part of a broader series of events aimed at empowering youth through art, promoting cultural exchange, and supporting social integration in a safe and inspiring environment.
