رابطة معونه ترحب بالحكم القضائي الأمريكي الذي ألغى سياسات استهدفت مهاجرين من 39 دولة وتشيد باستقلالية القضاء الأمريكي .

رحبت رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة (AMHRI) بالحكم القضائي الصادر عن إحدى المحاكم الفيدرالية في الولايات المتحدة، والذي قضى بإلغاء سياسات كانت قد أدت إلى تجميد أو تأخير البت في عدد من معاملات الهجرة واللجوء وتصاريح العمل والإقامة الدائمة وطلبات الجنسية لمهاجرين قادمين من 39 دولة.

وتعتبر الرابطة أن هذا الحكم يجسد الدور الحيوي الذي يضطلع به القضاء الأمريكي المستقل في حماية سيادة القانون وصون الحقوق والحريات الأساسية لجميع الأشخاص الخاضعين للولاية القضائية للولايات المتحدة، دون تمييز على أساس الجنسية أو بلد المنشأ.

كما تشيد الرابطة بما أظهره القضاء الأمريكي من التزام بالمبادئ الدستورية والقانونية التي تكفل حق الأفراد في الحصول على قرارات إدارية عادلة وفي آجال زمنية معقولة، وتمنع إبقاء المتقدمين في أوضاع قانونية غير محددة أو معلقة إلى أجل غير مسمى.

وتؤكد الرابطة أن احترام الإجراءات القانونية الواجبة والالتزام بقوانين الهجرة المعتمدة من قبل الكونغرس يمثلان حجر الأساس لأي نظام هجرة عادل وفعال، ويعززان الثقة بمؤسسات العدالة والإدارة العامة.

وتدعو الرابطة الجهات المختصة إلى التنفيذ الكامل والسريع للحكم القضائي، وإنهاء جميع حالات التأخير غير المبرر التي أثرت على آلاف المهاجرين وأسرهم، بما يضمن معالجة طلباتهم وفقاً للقانون وبعيداً عن أي تمييز أو اعتبارات غير مشروعة.

AMHRI Welcomes U.S. Court Ruling Striking Down Policies Targeting Immigrants from 39 Countries and Commends the Independence of the American Judiciary

New York – June 5, 2026

The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) welcomes the recent ruling issued by a U.S. federal court that invalidated policies which had resulted in the suspension or prolonged delay of asylum applications, work permits, lawful permanent residence (green card) applications, and naturalization requests submitted by immigrants from 39 countries.

The Association considers this decision a strong affirmation of the vital role played by the independent American judiciary in upholding the rule of law and protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of all individuals subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, without discrimination based on nationality or country of origin.

AMHRI further commends the judiciary’s commitment to constitutional and legal principles that guarantee individuals the right to fair administrative decisions within a reasonable timeframe and prohibit leaving applicants in an indefinite state of legal uncertainty.

The Association emphasizes that respect for due process and adherence to immigration laws enacted by Congress are essential foundations of a fair and effective immigration system and contribute to strengthening public confidence in the institutions of justice and public administration.

AMHRI calls upon the relevant authorities to fully and promptly implement the court’s ruling and to address all cases of unjustified delays that have affected thousands of immigrants and their families, ensuring that their applications are processed in accordance with the law and free from discrimination or unlawful considerations.
