Applying the rule of law as a basis and condition for building the state

A friend asked me how the rule of law is in America, where people of all races live in this country. ???
So I calmly answered him briefly, I and others who live are all equal under the shadow and before the law.
No one is greater than the law or the constitution that governs all matters of life for society and government.
In this country, no one can transgress and violate the law or take your right by trickery or bullying or falsehood and lies or fraud or falsely claim against you wherever it is, as in some third world countries.
Many of them live in it as a network in the jungle of the strong eating the weak like predatory animals in the absence of law.
Here in America, the situation is completely different, as every citizen lives with rights, dignity and respect. The person who respects himself and the law is respected by society, the public and the state, and takes his right by the law and system that applies to the old before the young, and if he does not respect the system and the law, he must prepare for all penalties according to the system and the law.
Here in this great country, there are those who think that things are simple and that the competent authorities are unaware of what is happening. The transgressions, violations and crimes committed by thugs, who are many in the United States of America, are committed against the American homeland and society, and that whoever commits these acts and actions and those who cooperate with them think that he is smart in those illegal acts and that the state and the system are unaware of the disappearance of professions and the reaping of huge amounts of illegal money, so he is wrong, because the state, the system and the law know everything and will reach him only a matter of time… .
Thuggery here in America and challenging the laws and system in this country, the United States of America, has no place for this type or category in society, and in light of a law and constitution that has been formulated and established
The state protects all rights, so society is equal
Under the umbrella of the law.
The United States has a federal government; each of the fifty states in the United States has its own government, and each municipality within each state has its own local government. Federal laws are proposed and developed by the legislative branch of the federal government (Congress), enacted by the executive branch (the president, departments, and agencies), and enforced by the judicial branch (the federal court system, including the Supreme Court). The Constitution specifies whether a particular area of law is the primary responsibility of the federal, state, or local government.
Using the same system of governing legislative, executive, and judicial branches, state governments clarify and enforce laws created by the federal government and create additional laws that govern their states. In addition, states designate and empower local governments to enact laws. Because federal, state, and local governments all enact laws, laws can vary from state to state and even from municipality to municipality. This is important for refugees to be aware of, as everyone must follow both local and state laws.
Who do the laws apply to?
The law applies to every person in the United States regardless of their social status, financial status, or other privilege. The same laws apply to everyone. Bribery to circumvent the law is illegal, and even attempting to bribe an official to obtain special privileges or exemptions is a crime punishable by law.
Ignorance of the law generally does not provide an exemption from the law. People who unintentionally break a law must face the consequences, even if they did not intend to break the law.
The right to a fair trial. If a person breaks a law, they have the right to a fair trial. The right to a fair trial is the right to be treated fairly through the use of specific legal procedures if they are accused of a crime. In the United States, the right to a fair trial is enshrined in the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, and there are additional guarantees for a fair trial.
Finally, the response from “My friend, God bless America”!
Indeed, God bless USA …
